Ordering is simple and all transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption and confidentiality (see also Privacy Policy).
To order online, enter all the quantities of the different items you want on a page, and then add them all to your shopping cart at once by clicking a button at the top or bottom of the page that says "ORDER ALL QUANTITIES". This will direct you to your shopping cart, where you will be able to review or modify your order. At any time, you can click the "Shopping Cart" button to revise quantities or remove items from your cart. When finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button on your order page. You will then proceed to a secure page where you will be requested to type in your name, address, and billing information. If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code in the coupon/promotion box near the bottom of the page. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

If you prefer to pay by cashiers/personal check or money order, you can still use our online order form by selecting "check/money order" when you choose a payment method. Using this procedure, you will not have to complete any credit card information. When your order information is complete, simply click the "Send this order" button and we will automatically receive your order and you will receive an order confirmation. Please print a copy of the order for your records and mail us your payment. We will ship your items when we receive your payment. Orders are automatically cancelled if we have not received payment within two weeks of placing the order.

Please keep in mind that orders submitted after the Friday cut-off time (11:00am Pacific Time) or the Saturday cut-off time (9:00 am Pacific Time) may not ship until Monday, depending on the shipment method that you choose. We are also not open on major holidays.

Secure Shopping

We guarantee that your purchase experience is secured and safe. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information.

Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database. We employ high security grade 128-bit SSL server certificates as used in all leading Web sites. These certificates are compatible with 99% of the browsers used on the Internet today. SSL128SCG10 certificates are recommended in any environment requiring the highest level of encryption, authentication and assurance.

In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect transactions. To be sure you're browsing secure pages, check your Web browser's status bar (located at the bottom of the window) for the closed padlock icon. This icon appears in the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator to tell you that you are viewing a secure web page. Also, all browsers display an "s" after the "http" (https ://…) in the Web site address to indicate that you're in a secure environment.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders for your jewelry supply needs. We are capable of responding to written customer service inquiries in English, Chinese, and other languages. International orders are shipped via Global Priority or Global Express by the US Postal Service, or by FedEx (see Shipping).

IMPORTANT: For international orders paid for with credit card, will not ship to an address that does not match the address for the credit card. The order processing team at will place a call to the credit card issuing bank to verify billing information before shipments are dispatched, and we will hold orders until valid information is obtained.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return most items for a full refund of the original price paid within 15 days. Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
  • Special orders
  • Products that were originally purchased on clearance
  • Items that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled
To quickly and accurately process your refund or exchange please read carefully and follow these simple steps:
  1. Return the items in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
  2. If exchanging items, please note the item codes and payment information if applicable with your return.
  3. For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope.
  4. We recommend, but do not require that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.

Please note that refunds equal to or less than $5.00 may be issued as store credit unless specified. will refund return First Class Mailing postage only if you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided. For your convenience detailed information about processed returns is maintained on-site for 30 Days. Requests received after 30 days may require additional time before being responded to.

Volume Pricing

We offer price breaks depending on the value of the order you purchase (i.e., the more you buy, the better the price). This enables you to receive "wholesale" prices on any given order without having to reach a minimum order value. In other words, volume prices are based on the quantity of each item purchased, and not the total of any one type of item (e.g., alphabet beads). Payment Methods

We accept credit card payment and Paypal.

All credit card payments are securely processed via payment system We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express.

If you pay with PayPal With PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address by simply signing up and logging into your account at When you are logged into your account, click the Send Money tab. Then enter your recipient's email address and the amount you would like to send.

To pay for an Adabele order, simply enter in the recipient's email address, and enter the amount. Please reference your order number in all transactions. Your order will be processed once we are notified that your payment has cleared. It's as easy as that!

Note: If you use a credit card for your method of payment, the billing address must match that shown on your credit card statement. Otherwise, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to obtain the correct address. Although our system is able to hold an order while payment is being processed, we are unable to hold individual products in the order until payment has cleared and the order has been processed.

Sales Tax

Residents of California State collects sales tax on all orders being shipped to California State. The amount of tax collected is based on the destination address that the order is being shipped to. If you are a registered business with a California state UBI number and are eligible for tax exemption, please email or fax your Reseller's Permit to the address/number below and taxes will be excluded from your order.

Residents of all other states is not required to collect, and does not collect sales tax for all other states.

Back-Order Policy

We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will also email you to let you know that the remaining product is out of stock. You may decide at that point whether or not you would like us to back order the out-of-stock product. At this time we are unable to ship back-orders to international countries. In this case, your back-order will be cancelled. Regardless of the value of your back-order, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order. International customers should revisit our site frequently for out-of-stock items, since we will post them back to the site as soon as they become available.

Back-in-Stock Notifications

On occasion, may run out of stock for a particular item. If this happens, an "Out of Stock" notice will appear and you will no longer see an "Order" button. If you are still interested in purchasing this item, and would like to be notified when it is back in stock, simply click the icon and a page will pop up where you can enter your email address. You will receive an email from us the next time we receive a shipment of this item. Included in the email will be a link back to the item for your convenience. Your privacy is very important to us, and we will never sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your email address to a third party. It will only be used for communications between and you.
